Looking for a quick and easy way to jazz up breakfast?
We love pancake dipped apples.
Just take some Granny Smith apples- or any apples that you like (I just found that tart apples tend to work/taste better) and peel them. Slice them up however you want: discs, rings, sticks, whatever you are in the mood for (between 1/8 – 1/4 inch think) and dip them in your favorite pancake batter.
Cook like you would any normal pancake, until golden brown and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
I can make these for e everyone in my house 🙂 regular pancakes for my husband and son and GFCF for my daughter.
Always a big hit!
