Spinach & Artichoke Chicken

Who doesn’t love spinach and artichoke dip? Well now you can have it for dinner :-)!!!

It just takes a few ingredients, most of which you probably already have on hand.

Start with boneless skinless chicken breasts and preheating your oven to 375 degree F.
You will also need
Salt and Pepper
1 can artichoke hearts packed in water- drained
1 bag frozen spinach- thawed and squeezed
2 cloves of garlic- minced
1/4 cup onion- chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper your chicken breasts and place in a greased baking dish.
Pop that in the oven for 15 minutes.
While that is baking mix together the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
After 15 minutes, remove chicken from oven and spread spinach and artichoke mixture over chicken and return to oven for another 25 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
