Mongolian Beef

After the last recipe I thought I would beef the next one up for you (Hey I try to be funny :-)!)


4 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ginger, minced
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 cup soy sauce (Gluten Free)
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 cup vegetable oil
3 Lb. flank steaks
1/2 cup cornstarch
3 large green onions
